China Rapids Cache

The road/trail to the cache is along the Kootenai River about 10 miles from Libby.

From the end of the Kootenai River Road it's about 2 miles to the cache. It's on a gated road suitable for hiking or mountain biking.

There is a herd of about 100 bighorn sheep in this area and they are seen quite often along with deer and occasionally a bear or two in the apple trees along the trail.

This area is especially scenic in the fall, be sure to bring a camera with you.
